Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You may cancel at any time, however no refunds will be issued for the current period unless we have failed to provide you with the service for which you have paid.
Will a refund be issued if I downgrade my plan?
We only issue refunds for downgraded plans if we have failed to provide you with the service for which you have paid.
What if I need more than 10 content changes in a month?
We will provide a pay as you go discount to any clients who are currently on the Content Plan. These discounts will be assessed as the need arrises.
What happens if I cancel my hosting only plan?
We will backup your entire website, including your database for you to move wherever you chose for your next host. Your website will continue to be live until the billing period has ended.
What happens to my email address if I cancel my hosting plan?
Your custom email address can be transferred to your new host. You should not lose any email, provided you setup your email at the new host prior to cancelling your plan.
What happens if I never have my site backed up?
This is not recommended, however if you have never backed up your website and an issue arrises that renders your site broken or corrupt, you would have to start from scratch.
